Obligatory Running Update
new personal best: 2.75 miles total 2.25 miles in one fell swoop 39:50 minutes for a 5k (under my 40 minute goal) Last Tuesday I could barely make 2.1 miles. At any other point in my day I pretty much hate my body, but at this moment I’m pretty proud of it.

Hell yes I ran 1.25 miles today and hell yes I’ve lost 10 lbs in the last month and hopefully by the end of the week I can say that I’ve lost 30 lbs since September.

I walked 3.5 miles today. I think this means that I can watch You’re Cut Off without feeling bad. I’m also down to the weight that I was when I graduated from Rice. And you know, I’m actually starting to like the hour long walk every night and the making salad and stuff like that. AND I’m totally going to look gorgeous in my wedding gown.

So 2 reasons today was awesome: 1) For the first freakin’ time ever I passed someone on the Bear Trail and didn’t get passed by any other walkers. 2) I’ve officially lost 12 pounds.
